Section AGM 2007 - Sunday 14th October

Full Minutes will appear in due course - as it's now February and I still haven't received the Minutes, I guess they won't be appearing after all.....

Just a quick resume of this years meeting - The official  Minutes will be listed here in due course.

 There were 36 Section Members in attendance.

Apologies were received from John & Janet Winn for their absence.

The Treasurers report continues to show a healthy Bank balance for the Section despite some event subsidies and, after some discussion on the Committee's decision to pay for some repairs to Martins van due to the fact that it's main use is for the Section and a rental for just one event would have cost the same, it was accepted by the majority of those present, that the Committee decision was the correct one.

The Social Secretary's report went on for a while as you'd expect.... :-)

I think the only issue discussed under 'Any Other Business' was that of who next years charity donations would be for - after considerable discussion it was decided to remain with the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.

Election of Officers was as expected with all officers being returned to their positions for the forthcoming year.

The date of next years AGM is confirmed as 12th October.
